Hello Everyone,

I built this page so that we may begin to create a database or schedule of the times you are available during the conference and what things you can do. So, you all have the invite key that I informed you about in the email and meeting. Below I have listed my available times and what I will be helping out with, and I expect you to do the same. This page will make it easier on us so that everybody knows what they are are doing. Also, it shows us where we might need some extra help. Simply add your own available times.

George: Available to handle any responsibilities after 3:30 PM; can handle registration, will be present during the opening banquet

Orson: Available to help with registration from 5:00-6:00pm, and will be present for the opening banquet.

Justin: Available after 5:00 PM, can be there to help w/ reg. afterwards, and I will be present during the opening banquet

George: Available to handle any responsibilities starting at 8:00 AM and all throughout the day

present for setup of SAC for opening remarks and career fair;

offering opening remarks and prayer;

attending EMRTC demo;

available to help during the career fair (morning session) and luncheon;

attending one of the breakout sessions;

available to conduct campus tour;

help setup for the pizza party and pick up the food and beverages

overseeing the entertainment

Orson: Will be attending the demo, I can help setup at the SAC, can be at the career fair, unable to help from 12:00-1:00pm, will be

            available for campus tour, wil attend breakout sessions, I can help setup pizza party and will be able to help at the entertainment.

Justin: I only have one class on Friday, and I might be able to get out of it.  So if I do, I will be able to help out with anthing all day.

available for greeting people for banquet

attending the closing banquet and offering closing remarks

Orson: Available to help with registration, can help with engineering competition, will attend all activities the rest of the day, will be

            attending the closing banquet.

Justin: Will be availible all day to help with all on-going events.
